# **Keep Customer Details Private with Privacy Mode**

**What’s new?** We’ve introduced Privacy Mode, a neat new way to control what’s visible on your schedule. Check out how easy it is!

**What does this mean?** When enabled, Privacy Mode instantly hides customer names and any identifying details from your schedule view, perfect when you’re screen sharing, working in a busy space, or training new staff. You can toggle it on or off anytime using the button in the top-left corner of your schedule.

**Why did we do this?** We know how important client confidentiality is. Privacy Mode gives you the flexibility to manage your business confidently, knowing sensitive information stays hidden whenever you need it to.
