# **New Automatic Online Booking Confirmation**

**What's new in OvatuNext? **

Busy mornings? Don't worry, we've got you covered! Claim back some precious time as we take one more thing off your to-do list with Automatic Online Booking Confirmation. 

  

**Why have we added this feature?**

Traditionally, online bookings need to be confirmed manually - which can be time-consuming (yet important for keeping tabs on online appointments). To honour our ongoing commitment to saving you time, we are giving you the option to automate the online booking confirmations.

**How does it work?**

You can now* disable* online appointment confirmation. Any future online booking will then automatically be confirmed and displayed in the Dashboard under the "Todays Appointments" column. 

Say goodbye to the unconfirmed appointments list!

**How do I enable this feature?**

To start saving yourself time, in the OvatuNext Web App go to the **Online Booking > Preferences** page and disable the toggle next to **Confirm Online Appointments.**

  

**What if I prefer to confirm my online bookings?**

No problem! We understand all our customers have different needs, so simply leave your settings as they currently are, and you can continue to manually confirm online bookings.

**What devices will this be available on? **

This will be available on OvatuNext app for Web, Desktop (Mac & PC), IOS and Android. 

*Not available on legacy. (Ovatu Classic)*

**Want to migrate to OvatuNext? **

To migrate to OvatuNext, simply go to your Ovatu Classic Web App and follow the Wizard in the top right corner. We've outlined a complete set of instructions  [HERE](http://ovatu.com/au/help/legacy/guides/getting-started/moving-over-to-ovatunext-legacy).

A little gift from Ovatu… ALL Ovatu Classic customers will receive a 30% discount for the first 6 months of their OvatuNext fees, which will be applied automatically when you migrate.
