# **Streamline your Marketing Communications with Scheduled Email Campaigns!**

**What's new in OvatuNext? **

We are thrilled to announce the release of a new feature - Scheduled Email Campaigns! Say goodbye to last-minute rushes and say hello to a more organised and efficient way of managing your marketing communications.  

**Why have we added this feature?**

It can be an overwhelming task planning last-minute marketing campaigns, especially during busy periods. To help you get organised and streamline your communication process schedule those Email Campaigns in advance.

**How does it work?**

Prepare your email campaigns ahead of time and schedule them to be sent at a specific date and time. This feature is especially useful for promotions, newsletters and events. Once scheduled, the emails will be sent automatically, reducing the risk of forgetting to send them manually and allowing you to focus on your customers.

**How do I use this feature?**

To start using Scheduled Email Campaigns, simply log in to your web app, go to the **Marketing** page and then click **Campaigns**. From there, you can click the **New Campaign** tab, customise your message and when you are ready click **Send Email**. 

You will then be prompted to either send immediately or set a specific date and time. Schedule your email campaign and you're done!

**What devices will this be available on?**

This will be available on OvatuNext web app, Desktop (Mac & PC). 

Not available on legacy. (Ovatu Classic)

**Want to migrate to OvatuNext? **

To migrate to OvatuNext, simply go to your Ovatu Classic Web App and follow the Wizard in the top right corner. We've outlined a complete set of instructions [HERE](http://ovatu.com/au/help/legacy/guides/getting-started/moving-over-to-ovatunext-legacy).

A little gift from Ovatu… ALL Ovatu Classic customers will receive a 30% discount for the first 6 months of their OvatuNext fees, which will be applied automatically when you migrate.
