A **Health Check**, is an automated scan of whether or not the data on your device and the data on the server are perfectly matched. This is why it's very important, that when you see this message, you click **Yes** If it's not convenient to perform a Health Check when the prompt appears, you can always perform one manually from the **Manage** tab, by scrolling down to **Health Check **on the left hand side. If your Health Check comes back all green, that's excellent! If there are some errors, no worries, these are usually something very small, but it's important to get in touch with us at [hello@ovatu.com](mailto:hello@ovatu.com) so we can take a little squiz and ensure your account is running smoothly. Contacting us sooner rather than later stops small issues potentially becoming big problems πŸ˜‰ [**Back to updates**](https://ovatu.com/updates) ```json {"@context":"https://schema.org","@graph":[{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#website","@type":"WebSite","description":"#1 Booking App for Beauty & Wellness","name":"Ovatu","url":"https://ovatu.com/","publisher":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#identity"}},{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/updates/whats-the-big-deal-about-health-checks#webpage","@type":"WebPage","dateModified":"2018-08-18T02:39:01.000Z","description":"Keep up to date with every upgrade, add-on and new feature we roll out on your Ovatu account!","name":"Update: What's the big deal about Health Checks? πŸ˜†","url":"https://ovatu.com/updates/whats-the-big-deal-about-health-checks","breadcrumb":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/updates/whats-the-big-deal-about-health-checks#breadcrumb"},"isPartOf":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#website"},"potentialAction":[{"@type":"ReadAction","target":["https://ovatu.com/updates/whats-the-big-deal-about-health-checks"]}],"primaryImageOfPage":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#logo"}},{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#identity","@type":"Organization","brand":"Ovatu","description":"An online scheduling and booking software for beauty, hair and wellness businesses.","email":"hello@ovatu.com","name":"Ovatu","url":"https://ovatu.com","logo":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#logo"},"numberOfEmployees":{"@type":"QuantitativeValue","min":10,"max":50},"sameAs":["https://www.facebook.com/ovatu","https://twitter.com/ovatu","https://www.instagram.com/ovatu","https://www.linkedin.com/company/ovatu","https://www.youtube.com/@ovatu6066","https://ovatu.app","https://help.ovatu.com","https://apps.apple.com/au/app/ovatu/id1589890786","https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ovatu.next","https://www.capterra.com/p/132529/Ovatu-Manager/reviews/","https://www.getapp.com/industries-software/a/ovatu-manager/","https://www.softwareadvice.com/salon/ovatu-profile/","https://www.g2.com/products/ovatu-manager/reviews","https://www.trustpilot.com/review/ovatu.com"]},{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#software","@type":"SoftwareApplication","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","name":"Ovatu","operatingSystem":"iOS, Android, Mac, Apple Watch and Web"},{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/updates/whats-the-big-deal-about-health-checks#article","@type":"Article","dateModified":"2018-08-18T02:39:01.000Z","headline":"What's the big deal about Health Checks? πŸ˜†","inLanguage":"en","thumbnailUrl":"https://ovatu.com/_og/d/c_Page%2Ctitle_~VXBkYXRlOiBXaGF0J3MgdGhlIGJpZyBkZWFsIGFib3V0IEhlYWx0aCBDaGVja3M~IPCfmIY%2Cdescription_~S2VlcCB1cCB0byBkYXRlIHdpdGggZXZlcnkgdXBncmFkZSwgYWRkLW9uIGFuZCBuZXcgZmVhdHVyZSB3ZSByb2xsIG91dCBvbiB5b3VyIE92YXR1IGFjY291bnQh%2Cp_Ii91cGRhdGVzL3doYXRzLXRoZS1iaWctZGVhbC1hYm91dC1oZWFsdGgtY2hlY2tzIg.png","author":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#/schema/person/1"},"image":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#/schema/image/1"},"isPartOf":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/updates/whats-the-big-deal-about-health-checks#webpage"},"mainEntityOfPage":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/updates/whats-the-big-deal-about-health-checks#webpage"},"publisher":{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#identity"}},{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/updates/whats-the-big-deal-about-health-checks#breadcrumb","@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"@type":"ListItem","name":"Home","item":"https://ovatu.com/","position":1},{"@type":"ListItem","name":"updates","item":"https://ovatu.com/updates","position":2},{"@type":"ListItem","name":"What's the big deal about Health Checks? πŸ˜†","item":"https://ovatu.com/updates/whats-the-big-deal-about-health-checks","position":3}]},{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#/schema/person/1","@type":"Person","name":"Ula"},{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#logo","@type":"ImageObject","caption":"Ovatu","contentUrl":"https://ovatu.com/_ipx/_/images/logo/logo-large-navy.png","inLanguage":"en","url":"https://ovatu.com/_ipx/_/images/logo/logo-large-navy.png"},{"@id":"https://ovatu.com/#/schema/image/1","@type":"ImageObject","contentUrl":"https://ovatu.com/_og/d/c_Page%2Ctitle_~VXBkYXRlOiBXaGF0J3MgdGhlIGJpZyBkZWFsIGFib3V0IEhlYWx0aCBDaGVja3M~IPCfmIY%2Cdescription_~S2VlcCB1cCB0byBkYXRlIHdpdGggZXZlcnkgdXBncmFkZSwgYWRkLW9uIGFuZCBuZXcgZmVhdHVyZSB3ZSByb2xsIG91dCBvbiB5b3VyIE92YXR1IGFjY291bnQh%2Cp_Ii91cGRhdGVzL3doYXRzLXRoZS1iaWctZGVhbC1hYm91dC1oZWFsdGgtY2hlY2tzIg.png","inLanguage":"en","url":"https://ovatu.com/_og/d/c_Page%2Ctitle_~VXBkYXRlOiBXaGF0J3MgdGhlIGJpZyBkZWFsIGFib3V0IEhlYWx0aCBDaGVja3M~IPCfmIY%2Cdescription_~S2VlcCB1cCB0byBkYXRlIHdpdGggZXZlcnkgdXBncmFkZSwgYWRkLW9uIGFuZCBuZXcgZmVhdHVyZSB3ZSByb2xsIG91dCBvbiB5b3VyIE92YXR1IGFjY291bnQh%2Cp_Ii91cGRhdGVzL3doYXRzLXRoZS1iaWctZGVhbC1hYm91dC1oZWFsdGgtY2hlY2tzIg.png"}]} ```
